Diahann:
Diahann is the Head Nurse at Garden Ridge Animal Hospital and has been here since April of 1993. She has a pit bull named "Jackson" a cat "Tommy Lee" and 'Rico Suave." Her interests include Surgery, Hospitalization, Dentistry, Geriatrics, Neurology, Pediatrics, Oncology, and Anesthesia. In her free time when shes not working at Garden Ridge and The Flower Mound Emergnecy Vet Clinic she enjoys spending time with family & watching her son cheer at Lewisville High School. GO FARMERS!!
Monica:
Monica has been at Garden Ridge Animal Hospital since 2005, she is our All-Breed Dog and Cat Groomer as well as our Camp Manager(Kennel). She has 2 cats (Snooki and Vinny), a precious "cheerleader" daughter, a son, and a beautiful grand-daughter that occupies her time. Her hobbies include an active involvement in her church and a sincere love for animals.
Shannon:
Shannon graduated from Lewisville High School in 1999. She also graduated from Texas A&M University in 2005 with a B.S. in Animal Science. She is over half way through obtaining her A.A.S in Veterinary Technology. Shannon has been a technician since the summer of 2005. Shannon also worked at the Flower Mound Emergency Pet Clinic. She has worked with horses and exotics. Shannon has 4 dogs (Bandit a Border Collie Mix, Jack a Border Collie mix, Spot a Dalmation mix, and Mabel a Golden Retriever/Irish Setter mix). In her spare time Shannon enjoys fostering dogs, sports, working out, playing with her dogs, and horseback riding.
Annie:
Annie is our receptionist & veterinary assistant , She has a Catahoula mix named Jethro and 2 Leopard Tail Geckos. Her special interests are hunting, horseback riding, mudding, and various other outdoor activities. So far, Annie's favorite aspect of veterinary medicine is emergency and critical care cases.
Steve:
Steve is one of our kennel techs. He is a student at Junior at Flower Mound High School. He has a bearded dragon named Gordon and a cool cat named Chester.
Nathan: Nathan is a Sophmore at Lewisville High School. In his spare time he likes to play guitar. He has 3 dogs; Daisy a poodle, Zeus a Bull Mastiff, and Cookie a Chihuahua. His favorite subject is Chemistry.
Kim:
Kim is our newest addition. She is a receptionist & veterinary assistant. Kim worked for us when she was in high school as a kennel tech. She graduated from Marcus High School in 2010. Kim is attending NCTC. She has 3 dogs; Izzy ( a Rottweiler Mix), Rosie (a Lab), Otis ( a Dachshund mix), 3 cats, and a horse named Brewski. In her spare time she like to barrel race, run, and go to concerts.

Dotticus: She is a 6month-1yr old Leopard Gecko who came to us from Petco with an injured eye and underweight. After lots of TLC she is gaining weight and growing like a weed. Her eye is completely healed and she is feisty. She and Spot are best friends. She loves to eat wax worms.
Spoticus:
Spoticus is a 19 year old leopard gecko that was given to us by a good client. He is very sweet and doing well in his new home! Leopard geckos are native to Central Asia, Pakistan, and Northern India. Their diet in the wild is of various insects which is best mimicked in captivity by feeding gut-loaded crickets, meal worms, wax worms, and superworms that are dusted with a vitamin D3 and calcium powder. They can grow to almost 11 inches long and weigh 65grams.
